Blueberry Wine Cobbler



2 ready made pie crust

1 package of frozen blueberries

1/2 cup of white sugar

1/2 cup of brown sugar

Dash of nutmeg, lemon juice, and cinnamon - however much you prefer!

1/4 cup of Emerald Coast Blueberry Wine

Step 1: Place one pie crust in a square Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 for about 8-10 minutes.

Step 2: Place the rest of the ingredients ina bowl, keeping the Emerald Coast Blueberry wine as the last ingredient.

Step 3: When the crust is done, pour the blueberry mixture in to the crust. You can even add more blueberry wine after this step if you'd like. We won't tell anyone.

Step 4: Put the second crust on top of the blueberry mixture. Press the two crusts together.

Step 5: Cook at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.

This is a wonderful Blueberry Cobbler. Serve this dish while it is warm with a scoop of ice cream on top. As a finishing touch, you can pair this treat with a glass of our Emerald Coast Blueberry wine. Delicioso!
